Happy December! It's that time of the year again - Comic Fiesta is around the corner and Yongumi gang has come up with our 7th book!

My contribution is a shamelessly spaghetti western action comic with absolutely no story. Honest. I just want to draw people shooting things and stuff explode :3

..of DC's villainous Secret Six. This is supposed to be part of the sweater girl series, but her regular comic outfit are pretty much contemporary and includes ensembles like jackets and layered clothes, so there's not much that I changed from that, really XD

Was tinkering around the PC and found this old thing I did for Chipsmore cookies via an agency like.. 3 years ago. This version was after 1 client's revision (which is to saturate the colour to make it all bright and sassy! Especially the brand's colours!)

P/S I did NOT write the script.

ARGH BARN BUDDY

Barn Buddy (on Facebook) is soooo stupid but I can't find it in my heart to abandon my farm. So far I have not succumbed to selling out ten other souls to get me a free dog, but my friends had. I am one such soul ensnared!

I Am a Chip Bender

Move over Aang for I am a CHIP BENDER! Muahaha. You know, like.. bending..like from Nickelodeon show, Avatar: The Last Airbender? What do you mean you never watched Avatar? Go watch it now, you loser!

Anyway moments after I was whimpering for Pringles, my dear colleague Ezat whipped out a can of potato chips and proceeded to share it with everyone. It is truly a magical event that would shame the best of wizards or witches. My stomach and taste bud is eternally grateful.

Manga Shakespeare Entry

Last year I was forced coerced got my arm pulled asked by my friends to join the Manga Shakespeare competition organized by British Council Malaysia. Basically what we had to do was draw an excerpt from Shakespeare's works of our choice (there was a list to choose fromm and I chose Midsummer's Night Dream, Bottom's transformation sequence) in manga style. Manga styleeeee...

Anyways, thanks to my epic procrastination-fu, I did this all in one night before the deadline, and the art sucks so serves me right >.< But I also somehow managed to get an honourable mention for this entry, so that was cool :)

Sorry guys for not posting for so long. I've been really busy preparing some stuff to add to the YonGumiX: Meow compilation which is going to sold at San Diego Comicon 2009. The above strip is one of 11 I did for book. Will post the cover soon, if permitted! XD

Just something silly concocted right after watching the Season 3 preview someone recorded from SDCC '07. That bit with Zuko and Mai totally threw me off for a loop - I totally did NOT expect that! (yes, I really did scream when it happened... I suppose Maiko fans are rejoicing muchly over this turn of event?). Or more like, I totally didn't expect to see Zuko in such a situation.. it's like suddenly seeing a man with two noses on his face.. or something.
I don't go nuts over the whole shipping war but if I have to name one pairing that I secretly root for - it'll be Katara and Aang. I think it's sweet in an earnest sort of way, though ultimately impossible given Aang's important role in the story (purely from a fan's perspective, so don't take it too seriously! Plus we know nothing's really definite till the very last episode in the last season!). I'm really looking forward to seeing how the story turns out! September can't come soon enough.
